I appreciate a lot the subtle taste of Amaretto. I compare this chocolate to an avellanas sucias chocolate, with a very pronounced avellanas flavour. In Andre’s chocolate, I found instead of that an intense, pleasant cocoa taste and the subtle presence of the amaretto. Congratulations on your artistic achievement

By avoiding chemicals and preserving traditional techniques, the farm safeguards both the environment and the integrity of the cacao flavour in Quindío, Armenia.
